Getting Hip - Workouts Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Michel
Regular half hour workouts have been a useful addition to my life the last 18 months. Since the onset of Covid I have been doing them via Facetime in my home gym (my living rom). There is also cycling (outdoors and stationary bike); and recent visits to an enthusiastic physiotherapist. Jacob has been teaching me how to walk and providing excellent deep massages in conjunction with machine massage. Hopefully I will sidestep hip surgery.
